I registered for their short course on starting a food business. What started out as an hour and half class, turned out to be more than what I expected. Hugo started out walking me through the process of a legit food business; licensing, accreditation and all those good stuff. But I am just starting up and not yet ready for that level of funding. So, we sedgeway into other topics and I ended up feeling like blinders have been lifted off my eyes. Hugo's sharing enable me to get many idea as to how I should design my business, starting with the marketing channel. What, on paper started as an hour and a half course, turned out to be almost as long as a half day course- we ended the discussion only because it was getting ridiculously late. Value for money?
