I registered for their short course on starting a food business. What started out as an hour and half class, turned out to be more than what I expected. Hugo started out walking me through the process of a legit food business; licensing, accreditation and all those good stuff. But I am just starting up and not yet ready for that level of funding. So, we sedgeway into other topics and I ended up feeling like blinders have been lifted off my eyes. Hugo's sharing enable me to get many idea as to how I should design my business, starting with the marketing channel. What, on paper started as an hour and a half course, turned out to be almost as long as a half day course- we ended the discussion only because it was getting ridiculously late. Value for money? Heck yeah! I look forward to be a repeat customer to Zaloha very soon. Highly recommended if you are thinking of starting your own food business. Great job Hugo!

I am a home based food business operator and I participated in their online class on "How to start my food processing business". The content delivered in the class is packed with important knowledge for me to run my business properly and legally. It also allow me to find a new directions for my business, from licensing, food safety implementation and marketing. I hope I can use their service soon once I am solid with my business foundation.
