Responsibility
- Attend sales enquiries from customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets as set by the Marketing Head.
- Follow up and monitoring of completed sales until completion of Project
- Constantly work towards expanding customer range and constantly explore new sales channels in order to achieve and promote the company’s services.

Requirements

Responsibility
- Work closely with Creative Team in campaign development for clients.
- Support the Creative team with website and web application development.
- Responsible for maintaining and providing regular updates to clients.
- Proactively explore ideas and opportunities for clients especially for ‘new tools’ related to increase productivity for clients.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of HTML, CSS and PHP.
- A general understanding of JavaScript, jQuery and MySQL.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.
- MUST have experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of setup, trouble-shooting of PC hardware & networking devices is a plus.
