Jat Star Engineering is an industrial equipment supplier and distributor in Malaysia with 20 years of experience in the industry. They provide a broad range of industrial equipment from leading brands, including gearboxes, pumps, valves, and motors. The Challenge

The business of Jat Star Engineering was having trouble growing. They found themselves challenged by the fact that they didn’t have a strong online presence to compete with the bigger companies in their industry. They also couldn’t reach a wider range of potential customers online and were not able to generate more potential leads to increase sales. Because of this, Jat Star Engineering knew they needed a solid digital marketing strategy.

Our Role

We worked with Jat Star Engineering to develop a digital marketing strategy to help them achieve their goals. First, we created a user-friendly and responsive website to help them reach potential customers looking for their type of products and services. Secondly, we optimized the website for search engines like Google so that they would be able to rank higher in search results. Then, we also performed keyword research to determine which keywords would be most effective for driving leads to their website. From there, we developed an optimized content strategy via blogs to increase the number of visitors to their site and drive those visitors to convert into leads.

Results

After implementing our digital marketing strategies and tactics, we have successfully created a website for Jat Star Engineering and optimized the website with relevant keywords and content, which increased their online presence and traffic to their website. This increase in traffic resulted in more inquiries from potential leads, leading to increased sales for Jat Star Engineering.

I registered for their short course on starting a food business. What started out as an hour and half class, turned out to be more than what I expected.

Hugo started out walking me through the process of a legit food business; licensing, accreditation and all those good stuff. But I am just starting up and not yet ready for that level of funding. So, we sedgeway into other topics and I ended up feeling like blinders have been lifted off my eyes.

Hugo's sharing enable me to get many idea as to how I should design my business, starting with the marketing channel. What, on paper started as an hour and a half course, turned out to be almost as long as a half day course- we ended the discussion only because it was getting ridiculously late.  Value for money? Heck yeah! I look forward to be a repeat customer to Zaloha very soon.
